I am handling TPS cases for Haitians for a very reasonable rate. If you have a prior deportation or asylum case do not apply for TPS without understanding the possible risks.

USCIS now has released information on how to file for TPS in Creole.

I formally worked at Scott & Associates of Houston Texas as a law clerk, writing winning I-601 waivers for five years. I learned how to untangle the legal and bureaucratic red tape that keeps so many families separated. I also have seen how immigration law and immigration policy are intrinsically linked. I spent seven years as a community organizer for the Brazilian Immigrant Center and worked with SEIU 615 and ACORN in New Orleans. In that time I came to understand how there must be systemic changes to international trade and development before real immigration policy change can occur. Because of my prior work I focused on international law in law school while working as a paralegal. My work with international law led me to work on a Guantánamo Bay case and to study law in Brazil at a boutique firm in Salvador, Bahia. I continue to study international legal issues and offer my services on a volunteer basis for humanitarian cases.
